What We Collect

  • Identity & contact data — name, email, phone number, country code — submitted via our contact form, course enrollment, or starter-kit request.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, referrer, device type, approximate location (city level) — collected via Google Analytics only after you accept cookies.
  • Course account data — enrollment record, progress, and submitted assignments — held by Kajabi on our behalf.

We do not store payment card details. Payments are processed by Kajabi's payment gateway.

Lawful Basis & Purpose

  • Contract — to deliver courses, mentoring, and certificates you purchase.
  • Legitimate interest — to respond to inquiries, prevent abuse, and improve the site.
  • Consent — for analytics cookies and marketing emails (you can withdraw at any time).
  • Legal obligation — to retain invoices and tax records.

Who We Share Data With

We never sell or rent your data. We share it only with processors that help us run the school:

  • Kajabi (United States) — course hosting, enrollment, payment processing.
  • Google LLC (United States) — Google Analytics 4, conditional on your cookie consent.
  • Cloudflare (United States) — content delivery and bot protection.
  • Meta / WhatsApp (Ireland) — only when you message us via the WhatsApp link.
  • Telegram FZ-LLC (United Arab Emirates) — only when you message us via the Telegram link.

International transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Retention

  • Contact-form submissions: up to 24 months after last contact.
  • Enrollment and progress records: lifetime of your course access plus 5 years for tax and audit obligations.
  • Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default retention).

Your Rights

Under GDPR (if you are in the EU/UK) and UAE PDPL, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Receive a portable copy of your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies
